• Uphold human rights as defined in Article 16 of the Constitution of Mongolia, promote equality in employment, and prohibit any form of discrimination.

• Ensure working conditions for pregnant women, persons with disabilities, and parents with young children, in line with the Labor Law of Mongolia, considering both individual needs and internal resources.

• Prohibit any form of harassment, violence, sexual harassment, or unfair practices in the workplace.

• Establish and enforce a Code of Ethics that ensures a culture free from corruption and conflicts of interest.
